You agree and acknowledge that United Basketball League, it's staff, members and volunteers will not be held responsible against any injuries, harm, death, claims, liabilities, damages, losses, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), accidents or any adverse outcomes that may result from playing in any of our basketball tournaments, pick up games or in connection with your use of this site.

You also confirm that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in the basketball league and agree to inform the league organizers immediately if your health status changes or if you are unable to safely participate in any league activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Melbourne Australia.
